2: Spread the Word and Order Online

 

We will provide you with a promo code which can be used directly on our website. This promo code will allow for preferred pricing on some of our products and your organization will receive a portion of the total sales (excluding taxes). 

 

3: Distribution

 

Self-Distribution (Your organization will receive 25% of total sales(excluding taxes)):

Two business days after your fundraiser closes, the order will be delivered to your organization.

 

Shipping by us (Your organization will receive 20% of total sales(excluding taxes))

The orders will be shipped as they are placed on our website. Within 2 business days after your fundraiser closes, all the orders will have been shipped. Tracking numbers will be sent to the purchaser(s) directly.

 

4: Cheque or E-trasnfer to Your Organization

 

If you choose self-distribution, when the products are delivered to you, we will deliver a cheque payable to your organization at the same time.

 

If you choose shipping by us, 7 business days after all orders have been marked as delivered, we will deliver a cheque or send an e-transfer to your organization. 

Please note:

• If you choose to run the fundraiser all year around after the initial fundraiser, we will keep the promo code active and we will send your organization cheques or e-transfers at the end of each month if the promo code was used.

• We do not accept returns for fundraisers unless there is a defect
